Sawiday advertised on their website an incompatible shower enclosure and tray as being suitable for use together. We purchased and during fitting the mismatch was discovered. After long explanation, Sawiday offered a return & refund only if the item was in original packaging. This is impossible given the product had to be unpackaged to fit the shower tray. Sawiday are now refusing to accept return or refund money. The non-compliant shower tray has vanished from their website and the offered 200 euro compensation doesn’t cover a misadvertised 550euro enclosure.

The carrier had damaged the shower screen. Sawiday immediately offered me an exchange or compensation. Communication is excellent, the team is friendly and responsive. I highly recommend. Very good product and very good commercial service.
