3 tri-sets, 60 sec each exercise, 3 rounds of each set.

SET 1:
1.5 sumo squat 
sumo RDL
sumo glute bridge 

SET 2: 
b stance squat to reverse lunge 
curtsy split squat 
single leg RSL

SET 3:
repeat on other leg
