CI run 28648063649 failed the GCS restore step with only 'count=0
expected=10000' — the resumed restore error was visible only in
/tmp/clickhouse-backup-resume-after-restart-server.log inside the
container, which is not captured by CI. Dump its tail in the failure
message, same as waitResumeServerInterruptedPoint already does.
