I'm Martin Quiroga, a computer engineering student from Chile (Duoc UC, semester VII, ML track).
I build and run real systems: web apps, Linux servers, networking, and automation — end to end, from code to production.
I maintain tenischile.com — sole technical owner covering frontend, backend, payments, and APIs on AWS (EC2, S3).
My main stack is TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and Java, plus hands-on Linux administration, Docker, and networking (WireGuard tunnels, reverse proxying, firewall hardening).
I've got a bunch of pinned projects, but one I'm always working on is ValerinSMP — a custom Minecraft server network + website + plugins, self-hosted across a home Linux server and a VPS edge, orchestrated with Docker/Pterodactyl. Built and hardened the whole stack myself, including surviving live DDoS attacks (nftables/fail2ban/anti-bot) and an emergency edge migration under active attack.
I build with AI-assisted coding tools, mainly Claude Code.
I'm currently open to internships / junior developer roles (práctica profesional) — infra/DevOps, backend, or cybersecurity.
- I run a self-hosted Minecraft server network (CLI-only on Linux)
- I've fought off real DDoS attacks on my own infrastructure
- I enjoy debugging and performance tuning more than UI polish
- Hobbies: gaming, cooking, building projects
