This is a minor bugfix release, mostly for rename-calibre-library.sh.

Changes:

• official docker image
• improved documentation
• add some very basic tests
• improve error handling
• several minor fixes and improvements in different scripts

This is the first official release. The README is almost complete and all scripts should work as expected.
