- Add .opencode/INSTALL.md with plugin system installation method
- Restructure README.md Installation section to prioritize platform-specific methods
- Add Cursor, GitHub Copilot CLI, and Gemini CLI installation commands
- Move manual installation options (npx skills, clone, submodule, fork) to fallback section
- Add Verify Installation section with clinical-skills-specific test prompts
- Adapt all content to healthcare/medical imaging context with PHI security notices
