feat: settings overlay with dangerously-skip-permissions toggle - #8

Add ~/.config/claude-ls/settings.json persistence. Press s to open the settings overlay; enter/space toggles the selected option; esc closes. First setting: dangerously-skip-permissions — when enabled, appends --dangerously-skip-permissions to `claude --resume` on every session open.
