Add audio clips for ambassador sounds (#288)

* Preparing core.ts to add the sound element into the ambassador schemma

* Updated core.ts for audio sounds for ambassadors Oliver, Coconut, and Tico. Matching implementation has been made on the frontend to support these changes.

* Updated structure to support .mp3 files for animal sounds, which included adding files sound.ts, and modifying config/ global files in order to properly render these audio clips. Also included audio files for four ambassadors: Abbott, Mia, Japaleno, and Serrano.

* Updates pnpm version with command pnpm version --no-git-tag-version minor

* Updating issues mentioned in last review, including renaming sound.ts --> sounds.ts, bumping to v 0.77.0
