small improvement to actual A5.2 release.

A buffer for command parsed by the HTTP and UDP interfaces has been
added in order to manage multiple commands in short time. Some bugfix
for support of DINo RS45 has been made (it include also the TX/RX
pinMode).

Introduced a revised memory handling for MaCaco in order reduce the RAM

waste in case of non-gateway nodes, broadcasting features for
configuration-less nodes
