First batch of changes preparing for open-source release

 - Deploy to PyPI when building a tag.
 - Make top-level README.md more informative, put it on the front page
  of HTML docs.
 - Add a note disclosing that this library was developed as
  a final university project.
 - Split some class diagrams, hide enums.
 - Include rendered notebooks under respective headers with descriptions,
  instead of having all descriptions first.
 - Bump version to 0.4.1 in order to test PyPI deployment.
 - Expand the home dir in the key path parameter of add_cluster,
  because it will likely be used often to refer to ~/.ssh.
 - Recommend JupyterLab for tutorial notebooks.
 - Update trove classifiers in setup.py. Among others, set development
  status to Beta.
 - Update the short description in setup.py to sound less cumbersome.
