TypeScript 7은 현재 툴체인과 호환되지 않아 이 PR을 닫습니다. typescript-eslint@8.65.0과 @typescript-eslint/parser@8.65.0의 TypeScript peer 범위가 >=4.8.4 <6.1.0이며, 이 PR에서는 npm ci가 peer dependency 충돌로 실패합니다. 강제 설치는 하지 않고 TypeScript 6.0.3을 유지하겠습니다. upstream이 TypeScript 7을 지원하면 Dependabot의 후속 PR에서 다시 검토하겠습니다. 나머지 호환 가능한 의존성 및 보안 업데이트는 #150에 반영했습니다.
