Five-port parity point (2026-07-22).

Last commit at which all five implementations (Rust, Swift, OCaml,
Python/Qt, Flask) were live peers of one spec. From here, active
development continues in jas_dioxus (Rust) and JasSwift (Swift) against
the shared spec and the workspace_interpreter reference; jas_ocaml and
the jas/ Qt app are preserved at this point, with their CI lanes pinned
to this tag as toolchain canaries. See POLICY.md.
