parse.NewInputBytes plants a temporary NULL after the input when the slice has spare capacity. CSS, HTML, JSON, SVG, and XML already call Restore(); JS did not, so a nested or capacity-sharing caller could leave a 0x00 in the underlying buffer (e.g. the '<' of </script>).
