Hoff version 0.3.0

The main new feature in this release is TLS support, so the webinterface
and webhooks can now go over secure https, instead of insecure http.

Hoff version 0.2.0

The main new feature in this release is the addition of the status
page in the webinterface. It is far from done yet, but I want to cut
a release, so I can get some experience running this in production.

Hoff version 0.1.0

This is the initial "release", where it is ready to become self-hosting.
The tagged code is currently running on a server with webhooks set up,
and I'll submit a pull request for the version bump, so the application
can push its own inception, which is pretty neat in my opinion.
