feat(cli): send individual flash sections instead of merged binary

For ESP-IDF apps: upload flash section (bootloader, partition table, app) individually with its offset instead of merging into a single contiguous binary.

In addition, we also communicating the flash_size from flasher_args.json (fixes #43)
