PCB thickness is 1.2mm. To generate production files you should use KiKit.
What's tested working:
- Power supplies
- Digital logic (CPU, GPU, RAM, SPU, etc)
- Composite video output
- Memory cards/controllers
- CD subsystem, audio CD playback, loading games etc
- Parallel port
Not working / known issues:
- The holes for the lid switch connector are too small, requires grinding the pins down to fit
- QFP100 footprints do not extend past the legs at all for Sony chips, making it very difficult to solder with an iron; hot air is recommended
Not tested:
- Serial port
