Adds a persistent help footer to the chat interface displaying key bindings: "Enter: Send β’ /new: Reset β’ Esc: Quit". This improves discoverability of controls for new users. Changes: - Added `helpStyle` using standard gray color (241). - Updated `model.View()` to render the help footer. - Updated `model.Update()` to account for footer height in layout calculations.
