subscribe to messages logged by mongod process set isReady variable based on the replica set initialization complete message
replace 5 second thread.sleep with a wait until isReady variable is true
move replica set ready identifier to constant and rename used variables

wait for replica set ready log message, or throw if timeout expires, instead of using
Thread.Sleep(5000)
