Immortal v0.6.3

Fixes the failed v0.6.2 Homebrew publish once HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN is correctly scoped (Contents: Read and write on Nagendhra-web/homebrew-immortal).

- Multi-arch Docker image republished at ghcr.io/nagendhra-web/immortal
- Homebrew formula auto-published to Nagendhra-web/homebrew-immortal (new)

After this ships: 'brew tap Nagendhra-web/immortal && brew install immortal' works.

Immortal v0.6.1

Fix the v0.6.0 Docker publish job. Binaries were fine; Docker needed a proper buildx driver with GHA cache support.

- docker/setup-qemu-action@v3 + docker/setup-buildx-action@v3 provision a docker-container builder before the buildx multi-arch build
- linux/amd64 + linux/arm64 images now publish to ghcr.io/nagendhra-web/immortal

Binaries published for v0.6.0 are unchanged. See CHANGELOG.md.
