Linux: Requirements: cmake g++ sdl Compile: Open Terminal in the build-linux folder. Terminal: cmake ../src Terminal: make Run: Terminal: ../bin/Example Windows: Requirements: CMake 2.8 Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 SDL Copy SDL.dll to C:\Windows? Compile: Start CMake (cmake-gui). Where is the source code: Path/To/Engine/src Where to build the binaries: Path/To/Engine/build-VS Click Configure. Select Visual Studio 9 2008. Click Finish. SDLMAIN_LIBRARY: C:/SDL-1.2.14/lib/SDL.dll SDL_INCLUDE_DIR: C:/SDL-1.2.14/include Click Configure. Click Generate. Open Project.sln in Path/To/Engine/build-VS. Add to Graphic_OpenGL->Properties->Linker->Input->Additional Dependencies: // allready there this time: opengl32.lib C:\SDL-1.2.14\lib\SDL.lib Build Solution. Set Example as StartUp Project. Run: Run it with Ctrl+F5.
