Pi extension that surfaces agent activity in cmux sidebar — status pills, progress bars, sidebar logs, and notifications.
- Detects whether pi is running inside a cmux-managed workspace and safely no-ops outside cmux.
- Unix socket transport (preferred, ~1-2ms) with CLI fallback (~20-50ms).
- Real-time tool execution in sidebar status (e.g., "working: bash" or "working: 2 tools").
- "Needs attention" state with notification when agent finishes, auto-clears to idle after 10s.
- Dynamic progress estimation based on tool call count and elapsed time.
- Render throttling (200ms) and sidebar log rate limiting (5/sec).
