Cross-platform Flutter app in active daily use by an ENT surgical resident during operation theatre duties. Handles per-patient records across private, general and emergency theatre lists, date-filtered history, and export to print-ready A4 PDFs. Built local-first for patient privacy: records persist in on-device storage and never leave the handset. Institution-specific configuration is externalized, so one build deploys to any hospital.
