Fix broken VQLS circuit image links by embedding figures

The ansatz and VQLS circuit figures referenced external screenshot files
with spaces in their names, which the explore link checker could not
resolve (encoded as %20). Embed them as base64 attachments in the
notebook (matching the other figures already embedded there) so they are
self-contained and cannot produce broken links.

fix: rename results_simulator to dfs_simulator (plural for list)

Updated both notebook and test to use dfs_simulator since sample()
returns a list of DataFrames.
