1.1 hardware
- Arduino nano 32 kB
- Si5351A board
- GPS board u-blox
- LPF for the desired frequency band (do not transmit without it, see your country's regularities)
- SSD1306 controlled TFT display (128x32 px)

1.2 arduino libs
- Etherkit JTEncode
- Etherkit Si5351
- NeoGPS
