Binds package, citation and release documentation to 0.5.0; records the merged Alignment Lab validation and exact frozen evidence; and regenerates the PyPI description with release-pinned links. Validation: Ruff check/format, mypy on 95 source files, 1508 non-GPU/non-network tests with 86.13% branch coverage, package build and Twine check, PyPI README and Markdown links, plus green post-merge main runs 30788116397 and 30788116373. The immutable calculator SHA-256 remains 53fc1d4d5b7adee09618d77ad62d4086ba56b78569832d6fc7c3bcd5c2695bbc.
