I help organizations adopt AI responsibly — balancing technical implementation with ethical frameworks and governance, while empowering development teams to leverage AI tools for better code quality and productivity.
Author of "AI Immigrants" and founder of DistributedEquity.
I build AI-powered software and help companies modernize how they develop and deploy technology. Over the years, I've worked with clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations across Europe, wearing different hats depending on what they needed—agile coach, engineer, product owner, enterprise consultant. But software engineering has always been my foundation. It's where I started, and it's what keeps me grounded when I'm helping organizations transform.
I'm based between the UK and Hungary, work remotely, and travel when projects or conferences need me there in person.
Right now, I'm focused on the ethical application of AI and exploring frameworks like Specification-Driven Development that amplify what developers can do rather than replace them.
I recently had the privilege of working with CERN on an architectural design for control systems for the large hardon collider. I played a modest role in the project, focusing on Kubernetes architectures and reviewing CICD implementations. It was just amazing to be a part of the CERN project. Smart people, as you would expect, it felt good to have to raise my bar to meet the challenge.
Working with the Alten Group, I had the opportunity to get involved with a moon lander project at TU Delft. How could I say no? I spent over two years working with the team as a DevOps Coach, mentor, and hands-on DevOps engineer. The team was a young group of amazingly talented individuals. The future is in good hands.
Although it goes back a bit, working with the FT remains one of my favorite engagements. We did great work on .com, paving the way to a sale of FT.com to the Nikkei index for 1.3 billion dollars. It was fantastic working with journalists and techies alike. It was a special time, and I made some friends for life.
Agile coach for the Berlin-based startup during the critical period leading to their €1.5 billion IPO. Coached engineering teams on delivery practices and collaboration as they scaled from startup to public company.
