1. Set 'so ~/.vim/versioned_vimrc.vim' in your .vimrc
2. Open up an instance of vim, and say 'y' when asked to install plugins

*Note - Unite is configured to use ack-grep, so it helps to have that installed. It should work with grep just fine otherwise, but it will be much slower.
