Gogoro/README.md

Hi, I'm Ole Herland 👋

My label used to be full-full-Stack developer (yes, 2x full). I'm way to curious to stay in one domain, so I've always stacked up skills. Now I've become part human, part machine, part AI. I get things done.

I've always had a passion for building things that feel simple, but still solve complex problems. There is just a certain smell when you get it right that is so satisfying.

Products

I founded the software studio Iniva.

Odett is a Voice-to-text app for MacOS. it spawned out of my need to get a really strong voice to text app for my own use. I was tired of other apps butchering my dictations, and adding their own words and voice. Therefore we build Odett for ourselves, and also made it available for everyone to use.

This is an integration between a norwegian Point-of-Sale system and WooCommerce. We sync products, categories, customers, etc up to WooCommerce, and then orders back into their PoS system so they basically get a headless WooCommerce store.

This has been a success in terms of clients really wanting and liking it, so we are planning to work harder on marketing and selling it.

this product is pretty similar to PCkasse for WooCommerce, but this is a WordPress plugin that syncs between Quick3 (ERP system) and WooCommerce.

Open Source

These open source projects has been mostly for fun, and to share some of the tools I use pretty often to work faster.

A TUI for reviewing your own diffs before committing. Like GitHub's Files Changed tab, but cozy and in your terminal

I use this quite often to review changes my agents has done in a repo before pushing it up to github.

📝 marg.sh

A terminal markdown editor with vim keys and soft-wrapped prose. Now that there is so much markdown, I've used this to edit files faster without leaving the terminal, but still have a solid markdown experience.

Consulting

I'm mostly fully booked in terms of consulting, but if you have anything interesting don't hesitate to get in touch. I try to make room for new clients from time to time.

Inkeria

I work as a technical consultant doing infrastructure, programming, maintenance, support, automation and more. Full-full-stack.

I sub-contract for a range of their clients, including but limited to:

  • NIBIO Fenologi - Phenology data collection across Nordic schools.
  • Naturoppdraget - Nature education program for kindergarten children.
  • Kvitten - Digital invoices for brick and mortar stores.

Historical

I've worked with a range of clients from no-revenues to $100M+ yearly revenues.
