• Agents created for a room do not know they run on AgentCoop or what it can do

• Multi-agent rooms: no shared workspace, so collaborators cannot co-author an artifact

• Multi-agent rooms: all agents answer the same trigger in parallel, with no turn order

• Multi-agent rooms: a message addressed to one agent still starts a model turn in every other agent

• Multi-agent rooms: the turn budget is per sender and per connector, so one human post can produce N×max_turns messages

• OpenCode: after a sidecar self-heal restart the permission broker keeps the old base URL — every gated tool times out until the gateway restarts

• OpenCode sidecar env: the gateway's OPENCODE_CONFIG_CONTENT overwrites the operator's own process-level value

• OpenCode: a broker denial ends the turn with no reply — chat sees (empty response)

• Document the reload/membership-removal race, and the watcher-rule practice that avoids it
