🛡️ Compliance Shield（合规护盾）

为 DDT 系列及活跃自有项目提供 ICP备案/许可证/算法备案/商标/软著/防抄袭 等防御型合规事务的自动化管理。

• 项目扫描 — 自动发现 Git 仓库，检测技术栈、AI 使用、支付集成、小程序等
• 合规看板 — 终端表格 + Markdown 输出，一览所有项目合规状态
• 智能初始化 — 根据技术栈自动生成 compliance.yaml 配置
• 6 大合规模块 — ICP备案、ICP许可证、算法备案、小程序备案、商标、软著
