Frog: an on-device dictation and meeting-notes pet for macOS

Hold fn to dictate into any app (Apple SpeechAnalyzer or Parakeet v3,
on-device). Right-click for meeting notes with speaker diarization and a
local Gemma 4 summary, a learning vocabulary, memory and reminders. Hold
right Option to talk to it; it answers in a novelty voice. It wanders the
screen. Nothing leaves the Mac.
