The following uses of PeterSuh-Q3 original code are permitted:

• personal NAS or homelab use;
• personal Xpenology use, subject to applicable laws and third-party software terms;

• non-profit community use.

The permission above applies only to original code and modifications for which PeterSuh-Q3 owns or controls the copyright. It does not grant any license to Synology DSM or other third-party software.

Commercial use of original code and modifications for which PeterSuh-Q3 owns or controls the copyright is strictly prohibited.

No commercial license or commercial-use permission is granted under the PeterSuh-Q3 Non-Commercial Source-Available License.

Commercial use includes, without limitation:

• selling the software or a modified version;
• licensing, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or transferring the software for compensation;
• distributing a paid or preconfigured installation image;
• distributing a paid package, installer, recovery image, or hardware bundle;
• providing paid installation, deployment, configuration, consulting, maintenance, repair, or technical support;
• providing paid hosting, managed services, storage, backup, or media-server services based on the software;
• bundling the software with a commercial product or service;
• using the software in the operation of a commercial business or revenue-generating infrastructure; and
