The modpacks.ch API now returns CurseForge project/file IDs as strings; parse them as such while still accepting integers. Skip the CurseForge file resolver when there are no files to resolve, so FTB packs that provide direct URLs no longer fail due to a missing CurseForge API key. Also fix the placeholder message typo in Json::ensure* helpers. Signed-off-by: staFF6773 <nosenivel3@gmail.com>
