Note

Medium Risk
Patch bump of the Coana engine used for reachability and fix flows can change analysis or fix outcomes without any Socket CLI logic changes.

Overview
Bumps the bundled Coana analysis engine from 15.10.44 to 15.10.45 by updating the @coana-tech/cli devDependency and pnpm-lock.yaml.

Adds an ## [Unreleased] changelog entry documenting the upgrade; release automation will fold this into the next Socket CLI version. Socket CLI application code is unchanged—only the version Socket uses when invoking Coana for reachability scans and socket fix (unless overridden via --reach-version / --fix-version).

For engine-level changes in 15.10.45, see the reachability analysis changelog.
