- Change all CoT types from a-f-G-E-W-F variants to a-f-X-i-m-f
- Update severity colours: orange #FF7700, red #FF0000, purple #7F007F, green #00FF00, grey #777777
- Update flash flood fill to #FF7700
- Update README with hex colour values in all tables
