fix(ch1): clarify abbreviation expansions in zh and tw - #405

Thanks for proposing clearer expansions for HTAP and SOA. Issue #394 has since established the project convention: a technical term is annotated on first use with either its English form or its standard abbreviation, and main has been updated accordingly. HTAP and SOA already satisfy that convention through their standard abbreviations. This branch is also stale and includes an unrelated wording change, so we are closing the PR rather than merging it.
