- nativeSetSiggen was passing 3 args to ps2204a_set_siggen (takes 4: dev, type, freq_hz, pkpk_uv). Add pkpkUv param to JNI + Java signatures.
- Driver includes libusb as <libusb-1.0/libusb.h> (Linux layout); libusb-cmake exposes it as <libusb.h>. Add a one-line shim at android-lib/src/main/cpp/shim/libusb-1.0/libusb.h and put the shim dir on the include path so the same driver source compiles on both targets.
