sans-serif: added Loyal Sans font

Layal Sans font seems to provide some level of stylish and classy
feel as a digital interface. Moreover, it's licensed under SIL
license. Hence, let's integrate it in.

This patch adds Loyal Sans font into sans-serif/ directory.
