I'm Managing Director at Reboot Online, an award-winning organic search agency built around a four-day week. My roots are in operations: the people, systems and decisions that turn a growing agency into a business that works properly. I've helped scale agencies from £1m to £12m, and I now lead Reboot across strategy, commercial growth, culture and delivery. I came to GitHub as a self-taught frontend developer. These days, it is where that curiosity meets the day job: internal tools, practical automation, AI experiments and the occasional idea I cannot leave alone. |
- Leading Reboot — helping a fully remote agency grow without losing the clarity, trust and standards that make it work.
- Building useful systems — turning recurring operational problems into tools, workflows and clear ownership.
- Exploring practical AI — using it where it genuinely improves speed or quality, rather than adding it for the sake of the slide deck.
- Developing my personal platform — writing, building and sharing practical ways to make agencies less dependent on the founder.
I'm building a public collection of proper, reusable Codex builds for running an agency: sales, operations, leadership, team development and the recurring jobs that should not need reinventing every Monday.
Each one will tackle a defined agency job — starting with Org Chart Redesign — and include the instructions, inputs and practical output needed to use it properly. Selected builds will also feature in The Blogg Brief, with the thinking behind them and what happened when they met real life.
| Project | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reboot Authority Launchpad | A Django pricing calculator with domain analysis, lead capture and responsive UI. |
| ZoCodes Agency Skills Library coming soon | Complete Codex builds for real agency jobs, beginning with Org Chart Redesign. |
| My coding archive | The frontend foundations that started this side of the story: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React. |
Clear ownership. Strong teams. Flexible work that actually works. Shipping the useful version before polishing the theoretical one. And building businesses that do not need the founder's brain plugged in at all times.
Away from the spreadsheets, systems and code: I'm a karate black belt and once opened the UK's first cereal café. A fairly efficient summary of my tolerance for difficult ideas.
Based in Leeds, working with good people everywhere.
