We had specific exclusion of the xml-apis and xml-apis-ext in the build script due to some eclipse bug.
This probably lead to the issues with the svg export and thus to the necessary inclusion of a specific xml-apis-ext from another repo.
Removing the explicit exclusion fixed that bug.
