1. Clone the repository

2. Backend Setup

   cd backend
   pip install -r requirements.txt
   fastapi dev backend/main.py

3. Frontend Setup

   cd frontend
   npm install
   npm run dev

4. Environment Configuration

   # Create .env files in both backend and frontend directories
   # Add your API keys and configuration variables
   cp .env.example .env

1. Upload Your Video: Navigate to the upload section and select your long-form video
