Sense

A JSON aware developer's interface to ElasticSearch. Comes with handy machinery such as syntax highlighting, autocomplete, formatting and code folding.

Build Status

This Fork

The development of Sense has moved into the Elasticsearch Kibana-Console and you have to check there if you want new features: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/console-kibana.html

This Fork is basically the original Chrome Extension from https://github.com/bleskes/sense_old before it was integrated into Kibana.

This Fork contains just some tweaks to keep it working with Elasticsearch 6.

Installation

Sense is installed as a Chrome Extension. The original extension is not on the Chrome Webstore anymore.

To install it manually:

Clone this repository to your machine, open Chrome, go to chrome://extensions/, turn on the Developer mode, click Load unpacked and select the cloned folder.
