Summary of the Pull Request
Updated the FZ Readme with new screenshots to reflect the current UI.
Removed the description of options that are not available anymore.
Added the description of new options/features.
Removed old items from the backlog (we may consider dropping the backlog since keeping it up-to-date is problematic).
