I suppose I wonder why I've brought you all here.

This repo will not just be for mdstruct or hooks.

I have many repos that have code of various stages of cleanliness, and my need to cross-link them continues to increase.

So now the intent is to get the clean code in each moved into this repo, where the tropical-max bar of strictness and rigor will be defined and maintained, so that the code in this repo can be granularly packaged and made available to the repos that would use it. This is hash-consing at the architectural and component level.
