BREAKING CHANGE: MetricObject.MetricValue is now float32 instead of uint32.
Replace the legacy flat SRPolicy model with Headend, Color, Endpoint, and Dynamic/Explicit CandidatePath. Support address- and router-ID-based endpoints and fix explicit underlay family resolution. BREAKING CHANGE: Remove disable_path_compute and legacy SRPolicy fields.
