I build CAM and CAD extensions for Autodesk Fusion, and develop digital manufacturing hardware.

  • Helical Gear Plus - parametric gear generator, featured on the Autodesk App Store front page for the past few years. Currently getting some new ✨features✨
  • FuseNest — workpiece nesting and packing for CAM, based on SVGNest
  • Luer fitting generator — parametric luer fitting generation, now verified standards conforming
  • Export to SVG — Simple SVG exporter
  • Reverse Reloaded — numerical optimizer for surface fitting

Current work

  • PhosEDM-WCAM — wire EDM CAM add-in for Fusion, targeting lower-end and desktop wire EDM systems
  • OpenEDM — open source effort to bring serious small-scale wire EDM to research and R&D labs, with pulses much better than most current systems.
