[Bug]: Image-to-3D free lane failing — Hunyuan3D model load error and TRELLIS 503 #313

What happened?

Hi! Just wanted to report a possible issue with the Image-to-3D free lane.

I checked /api/forge?health=1 and both main image-to-3D workers seem to be down:

• Hunyuan3D: failed to load its model: internal error (ref a379d381f2f7)
• TRELLIS self-host: HTTP 503

The 24h metrics also show 0/231 successful Hunyuan3D requests and 0/188 successful TRELLIS self-host requests.

Hugging Face reports as healthy, but image-to-3D generations are still failing, so I was wondering if the HF fallback/router might also not be kicking in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://three.ws/image-to-3d
2. Upload an image for Image-to-3D generation.
3. Start the generation using the free lane.
4. The generation fails.
5. Check /api/forge?health=1.
6. Hunyuan3D reports a model loading error (ref a379d381f2f7) and TRELLIS self-host returns HTTP 503.
