This is where the half-finished ideas live: AI-agent tooling, Kubernetes odds and ends, self-hosted replacements for services I'd rather not depend on. Some of it graduates to "actually useful," most of it is me poking at something until it works.

- 🪝 langfuse-ai-agent-hooks — conversational observability hooks for AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, LiteLLM) → Langfuse.
- 🚇 ktunnel (private — summary) / devtunnel-tui — tunnel and proxy session managers, because I open too many SSH tunnels to keep track of by hand.
- 🧠 rag-sandbox-notebooks (private — summary) — Qdrant and OpenSearch notebooks for vector search and hybrid retrieval.
- 🎨 electroncss — injecting custom CSS into Electron apps via CDP, no app-bundle patching required.
- 🌐 dhomane.com / omkardhomane.com — my portfolio sites (source · source), deployed on Vercel.
A handful of homelab boxes (a few OCI VMs, a Mac mini, a Raspberry Pi) sit behind most of this — good enough to break things on without breaking anything that matters.
