Keep nested module dependencies tidy

This bump updates the root Azure dependency graph, but examples/go.mod and internal/testdata/consumer/go.mod still pin the old Azure azcore/internal versions even though both modules replace the SDK with this checkout. When CI runs the repository tidy check in those nested modules, their mod/sum files will be rewritten to match the new root graph, so the dependency update should include the corresponding tidy changes for the examples and external consumer modules.
