• mm2-plus v1.2 is based on the Minimap2-2.30 (r1287) code-base and includes the changes mentioned here.

Precompiled Binaries

Precompiled binaries are included in this release. To get started, download mm2-plus-1.2_x64-linux.tar.bz2, extract it (tar -xvf mm2-plus-1.2_x64-linux.tar.bz2), and execute mm2plus. This will automatically run the architecture-specific, optimized version of mm2plus.
